Booked waxing here for my holiday as my usual waxing salon didn’t have any appointments, but not sure if I would return to this salon. I didn’t notice any missed hairs at the time of my appointment but over the couple of days after my appointment I started to noticed quite a few missed hairs which I’ve had to remove myself. Personally I’m also not a fan of the waxing rollers used for leg waxing as I feel they make waxing more painful than using strip wax, but this is just a personal preference

Jem was lovely. Very reassuring. My wax has turned out amazingly with no hair left behind and no rash/trauma to the skin, which I have experienced quite a few times.
It was a quite painful getting the wax on as it was dragging my hair, and the use of the paper towel at the end could have been a lot more gentle. I was too shy to say in the moment though and I'm sure would have adjusted if I had said.
