I have been getting my back waxed for 10 + years with varying experiences.This was my first appointment with Jem and I am happy to say that this was easily one of the best treatments that I have ever had. It is the first time that the "waxer" has taken the time prior to waxing to explain the choice of wax (warm in my case) and why.
The waxing was excellent and,again,time was taken to explain why not to go to the gym,sunbed etc for 48 hours.
I shall definitley be making regular appointments there from now on and highly recommend Boracay and Jem

Really fantastic. Jem is delightful and very thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend her for Hollywood waxing. I’m going back later this week for a full body massage. Small warm room that was very clean and smelled wonderful. Just lovely.

Had two therapists today so that the treatment would be done faster. They worked well together and the place was welcoming and clean as always. They made sure I was happy before leaving, couldn’t ask for more!
