After having a really bad experience with Hollywood Waxing in another saloon, I decided to give Boracay a try after not finding a single negative comment within their reviews - and now I understand why the reviews are so positive. Jem is a gem! She explained the type of wax she was going to use, and even tried it on me to check if I was allergic to it (something that no other saloons did). Having sensitive skin, I really appreciate she tested everything on me beforehand. She is really funny and nice to talk to, and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, making me check if she'd left any hairs. The results are amazing and I will certainly come back! Highly recommended :)
