We had a very nice conversation throughout which made me forget about the pain. Moreover, she used tweezers to finish up removing all the hairs that the wax could not remove. I was very happy about that and out of all the places I have been to have a wax, this has been the only place that does that. She also made sure that I was happy with the result by asking me to see if I had any hairs left or i wanted her to keep waxing.

Jen was super thorough and clean. She didn’t double dip the was and used tweezers after to make sure all the hairs were out. She was also very warm and friendly and you can tell she’s a pro at her job. Would definitely come back again!
