Jem was very friendly and professional. Generally the wax was good and Jem also offered a free return visit to catch any bits she may have missed within a few days of the original treatment. However the Hollywood wax wasn't a 'full Hollywood'.

Masseuse felt very rushed the entire time probably because she was running late, but didn't relax me. Wasn't asked if there were areas I wanted her to avoid, and there were so I had to interrupt a couple of times. Pressure was good and she was a nice lady, just not that impressed overall.

The place was lovely and clean and the staff were really nice. However I don't think they were very experienced waxer and my hair didn't grow back quite the same. The whole waxing experience was more painful than normal
