Venue can be busy and noisy at times but good value for money.

The main salon is very noisy and busy. The treatment room itself is calmer and decorated to a better standard. Lisa is always very pleasant and professional.

Shame this therapists room is within a busy noisy nail bar as it would put me off attending a relaxing / holistic treatment but for waxing I just need to get in & out.

Some of the hair was short so I suggested I reschedule but I was told it’d be fine with a different kind of wax. The end result was patchy nonetheless and overall treatment was very quick and not precise (excluding the bits that I said didn’t need waxing). Unfortunately I didn’t check the end result until I left.
