the service I booked clearly stated on their website to include cuts (pixie) but when I got there, I was told that was a different service. I explained that the cut was included and even read the text from their website but the lady told me she doesn’t manage the content of the website. How do you have a website that takes bookings for your services but don’t know the description stated on it. I left feeling disappointed as I had driven 35mins from Trafford to Ancoats for the appointment.
