The venue was quite messy and needs a refresh. Staff wasn't very friendly and just tried to sell me more treatments. Quality of the treatment was poor compared to other places I have done it at.

There was some confusion with my booking, but once resolved the threading was brilliant - the therapist was a perfectionist and really know what she was doing, will definitely return to get my eyebrows done again.

The manicure was very carefully done. The staff was very friendly and gave advice on how to take care of your nails to make the manicure last longer.

Had an amazing tidy up of eyebrows and eyelashes. I had a rash on my eyelid so had to postpone the tint but looking forward to it in about 4 weeks time :-)
