The facial was great, but please give a little heads-up before you put a warm washcloth in a customer's face (with eyes closed) or start to massage the shoulders.

Venue was nice, waxing was a bit painful almost like the lady wasn't letting the wax set properly befor trying to remove it. Staff we're lovely

having recently moved to london i stumbled across this lovely little boudoir off Redchurch Street in Shoreditch. i booked in for a beauty overhaul and was pleasantly surprised to find someone who can actually do everything on the menu.
i can safely say i've had the BEST hollywood wax, eyelash extensions, spray tan and shellac mani this place is definately a hidden gem, and have booked in for more treatments the RF facial will be my next treat!
When I arrived, despite being well within opening hours and relatively empty, I was surprised how disorganised the staff were. For a place that had only been open two years, it already seemed shabby and not well kept up - it made me wonder about the cleanliness. The wax itself was great. The ambiance/shop itself needed a lot of help.
