To start, the hairdresser was lovely, and you could tell from her confidence with coloring techniques that she knows her profession well. I asked for an ombré and showed several example pictures. Unfortunately, the outcome wasn’t as expected. The lighter color ended up too high, covering nearly all my hair in silver blonde, whereas I requested a cooler blonde mixed with my natural color. I messaged the salon the next day with feedback but received no response.
