Cassie had left which was disappointing to hear as only booked because of her.The toner was not washed out well and was still in my daughter's hair. not the colour she wanted looked still brassey even though I paid extra for a toner.

The salon was very untidy and the equipment dirty. When they washed my hair, the seemed to be saving water cuz my hair was still full of shampoo. When blowing my hair, they held the blow dryer so close I could smell my hair burning. The final hairstyle looked okay but not what I wanted. On the other hand, everyone was very friendly and I got a free drink.
