Caisie was a nice enough lady. Polite and asked what I wanted but she was clearly overworked as on her own and rushed through the whole process. The hair wash lasted a minute at the most and My hair was still damp when I left. I was in and out within 30 minutes and that was for a wash cut and blowdry! Also just realised that the front of my hair is longer on one side. Luckily I’m not precious about my hair otherwise I’d be very disappointed. If you’re after a pamper, I wouldn’t recommend.
