Weird atmosphere. When I walked in 2 members of staff just stared at me until eventually one of them approached and asked what I was there for. Sarah who waxed me was lovely, but the two other staff members (who just stared) were noisy outside the waxing room and interrupted twice, which wasn’t ideal as I was lying there in my pants!
Really liked Bounce. Sarah was so lovely and the salon itself had great facilities.
Impressed by cleanliness of salon and professionalism of staff. Love the colour of my nails and therapist has filed them beautifully. Little surprised that cuticles weren't softened by soaking first but minor issue. Would recommend and book again.
DO NOT GO HERE! Sarah is rude, unfriendly, cold, smug and condescending. This was meant to be a treat on my day off and Sarah made the experience unpleasant. The other lady who works there is really nice, shame she wasn’t doing my treatment.
The real test of a Brazilian blow dry is when you finally wash your hair after that yucky 3 day ‘hide from water’ phase. More than once from various other establishments I’ve already had a hint of poofiness on the very first wash. I’m happy with the results from this one though. Good price for a Brazilian blow dry too. Definitely will routine.
