The last did a sloppy job on my eyebrows and was not very polite
Eyebrow Threading
I was left highly disappointed with the treatment as the lady told me I won't get a full manicure and pedicure, even though the specification on treat well was 'Gel manicure and pedicure'. She told me 'I should have known that because I paid so cheap', which I thought was rude as it was not my fault I was mislead. I was unhappy in the way my query was dealt with and this made the rest of my treatment cold and unwarming.

I went in for a blow dry and hair cut and my hairdresser was thorough and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease
Ladies' Haircuts
Staff were very welcoming. However I doubt if the Albanian lady who gave me the haircut, has had any previous experience with Afro-hair! I'm not happy with what the hair style I ended up with, so I declined the other services/tinting/colouring I booked. Had to wear a hat to leave the salon.
The stylist also had very strong tobacco smell on her, from smoking (?) and for someone who doesn't smoke, it was a difficult to endure.
