Sarah is a fantastic beautician. I have such great compliments about my eyebrows and nails. She works very hard and is fast and efficient. Bounce is very reasonably priced and as well as being a friendly salon, it offers a great range of treatments.

Eyebrow Threading
I was left highly disappointed with the treatment as the lady told me I won't get a full manicure and pedicure, even though the specification on treat well was 'Gel manicure and pedicure'. She told me 'I should have known that because I paid so cheap', which I thought was rude as it was not my fault I was mislead. I was unhappy in the way my query was dealt with and this made the rest of my treatment cold and unwarming.
