After waiting for 30 minutes to be seen, I was informed that the treatment (pedicure & gel manicure) was in fact just a colour change. And that ‘if I’d looked at the treatment and not the price I would’ve seen this. A pedicure as I know them, is soaking your feet and tending to nails, cuticles etc. Not in ‘Bounce’ it’s just a dry file and change of polish. Very disappointed, as I’d already waited 30 mins over my appointment time.
