Lady who was doing manicure and pedicure is very nice and lovely, but she cut my cuticules off, and it was bleeding long after treatment. She also left me a scratch on my big toe after cuticule cutting too. It is quite painful and still visible. I didn't know that before but researched after that cuticules not supposed to be cut at all. Now I am very worried about infections too, hopefully tools she used were sanitarised before and I won't get any blood related diseases.
I loved my haircut, but lady who was doing it obviously didn't want to be there and looked really unhappy and bored. She also cut my hair while seating in a chair and rolling in it from one side to another, which is really weird. I have never seen hairdresser doing this, they usually standidng up.
It wasn't terrible, but I am not going to be going there again, mostly because of painful and bleeding cuticules and hairdresser customer services. It doesn't feel great when you see that person serving you does not enjoy their job. I am working in customer service industry myself so I know what I am talking about.
Very friendly, attentive staff. Relaxing treatment - my skin felt lovely and fresh afterwards. I'm very happy with the gel-nail colour. Only on day 3 so hoping it lasts well too.
