A really lovely lady did my hair, and the salon is very clean. This was the first time I had been to this salon - and I'm not sure I would return, principally because it usually takes 1hr30mins-1hr 45 mins to do a half head at any other salon I've ever been to. Here I was in the salon for 2hrs 30mins and had to leave to make another appointment with a)partially wet hair and b) running out of the salon, repeatedly saying i was in a rush for the last 30mins. I dont love the colours i have been given, but perhaps I wasnt prescriptive enough about what i wanted. I feel like my hair looks grey rather than blonde - but that is a v subjective comment.

The lady who did the treatment was lovely but the wax was patchy and the atmosphere wasn’t great. I didn’t feel like it was a very hygienic wax as she double dipped the stick in the wax.
