I didn’t want to leave a negative review because I’ve been coming to this place for years now, but it appears since the change of staff the standards have not remained. I had my top lip waxed and unfortunately the proper care wasn’t taken as it left a burn and a scar thereafter the appointment. A week later it has still not cleared. I’m really disappointed by this as I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff, but in the absence of a proper standards upkept, I can’t risk returning.

Sou sorted my hair out wonderfully. She was friendly, professional and cut my hair exactly how I said I wanted it. 10/10 and I will definitely want to make Sou my regular hairdresser.
