I love coming to Bounce for my eyelashes and brows with Sarah. The location is perfect and there is ample free parking.The service is always professional and welcoming. I remain pleased with the outcome of my lashes, which Sarah always tailors to my needs.
Teas and coffee is always offered and always served with a yummy biscuit!

My therapist was running 20 mins late because clients were double booked.
The wax was too hot so now I have scabbing. The therapist also double dipped back into the pot meaning the wax was contaminated and unhygienic.
most of the hairs weren't pulled out from the root so it's all already growing back.
I do not recommend and will be seeking a full refund.
