manicure was not dry , very poor quality

I booked last minute on treatwell, I was early but still seen 15 mins late as they didn't seem to know I was coming. They told me that the usual beautician wasn't in so another lady who doesn't usually do it did my waxing. It wasn't great and I had some bruising and wax left behind. They are a local salon and good value so it might be worth trying another time when the regular beautician is there and if last minute calling to check they've seen the booking.
