First time having a wax and I highly recommend Sou, my skin is quite sensitive and my hair is coarse bu5 she did a great meticulous job. She also removes skin tags and removed 2 skin tags from my face. she was very knowledgeable.

Sou was so kind and really helpful. She gave me advice on what vitamin supplements might help my hair and how best to wash it. Sou understood what I wanted and also styled my hair carefully too. I was really impressed with Bounce Hair and Beauty and will definitely be going back. Thanks Sou!
