Overall a good experience. The therapist was very welcoming and the Indian head massage felt good. However the treatment room feels a bit claustrophobic due to the several pieces of equipment around.
Manicure but didn't soak my cuticles so had skin left and also painful.
Shellac only lasted one week.
Staff however are very friendly and accommodating and the salon is lovely.
Although I have had better manicures I really liked the ambience and the cleanliness of the salon. The staff is very friendly.
The waxing was efficient and quick but not rushed. The lady who did the wax (I didn't get her name!) was very knowledgeable and friendly and put me at ease.
