I have been a customer for a while & always have Sue to cut my hair! This time my appointment was changed so I could have Sue however for some reason Oz who is a lovely girl took over why I do not know! I had chosen a style with Sue & asked that it just be a little longer. Oz combed my hair & asked what I was having looked at the picture & started cutting Sue came out & I thought she was going to take over making a comment oh you've taken my client I trust you! It was the worst cut I have had it was nothing like the style she put rollers in (something my hair does not need) then combed it out it was awful I cant describe what it looked like I started pulling bits to make it a bit better I was chocked. I paid (& prices had gone up) & left in a hurry came home & cried...... what I want to know is why she just took over why was my appointment changed to have Sue if this is what was planned?? I'm really sorry Oz you are a lovely girl but you did nothing for me every time I look in the mirror I want to cry I came home & re washed & tried to do something with the mess you made so so disappointed not sure I will ever go back.
Had Oz for a cut and blow dry. Was really pleased Oz took a lot of time on styling it after with rollers and I left very pleased. The girl that was my hair was really good too.
