The staff here went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted- they even opened the salon half an hour earlier so I would be finished on time to meet my mum! I was kept topped up with drinks and magazines. The stylist took care over my blow dry and I'm very happy with the result. I will be going back there again definitely.
Hair Colouring
Had a lovely experience, great cut and colour, they managed to squeeze me in for a wax at the same time even though they were super busy, and even offered to get me some lunch from the shop! Great place, will definitely come again
Hair Colouring
My hairdresser arrived 25 minutes late and before she arrived no one even acknowledged the fact that I was waiting. I wanted a cut and blowdry. I wanted a fringe and showed a picture of how I wanted it. The hairdresser really struggled to get this right and took about 20 minutes trying. In the end I said it was fine as I was worried about how much she was taking off. The rest of the cut was fine as was the blowdry. I would probably go back if all I wanted was a trim but nothing else. I actually got home and continued to cut the fringe myself and I have now kind of got what I asked for. It was good value for money and the hairdresser was friendly. I just didn't feel safe in their hands.

I'd recommend Bounce to a friend. The staff were friendly and welcoming. A busy salon but they were attentive and I was happy with my highlights and my cut.
Hair Colouring
I was a bit apprehensive about trying a new hair salon but being new to London I needed to find somewhere down here to go. I decided to try Bounce after a work colleague had her hair highlighted there and I thought it looked good. I had Oz for both my colour and cut and she really took her time listen to what I wanted and then did exactly that. She talked to
me about what I wanted and what she was doing to make sure I felt happy and relaxed. I'm very pleased with both the colour and cut and will definitely return again.
