Really lovely owner/manager who did a good job. The wax was quite hot and was strip wax rather than my prefered hot wax. I put the ambience score low because it’s a rented property and she’s not continuing with the lease so things weren’t spic&span.

Loved my wax she done a brilliant job and made me feel at ease she was a lovely lady my eyebrows shape was really nice but I did have a few little cuts underneath which were sore for couple of days which I don’t normally get.
