Eyebrows died black instead of light / medium brown. I had advised that my hair takes quickly to dye. I had dye on my eyelids and on the side of my face also. it did wash off, but just not a good experience.
Shaping was also very poor (not HD brows) and I had to reminder her to thread under my eyebrow.
