We booked an appointment online. You changed the time of the appointment on the day. We arrived at the rearranged time to find the shop closed and the shutters down. We tried to call but the phone wasn’t answered.

Nice massage. Consultant barely spoke, didn’t ask if any particular areas to focus on, glass of water afterwards would have been nice.
