I have horrible burns, peeling and a rash on my bikini area following my Hollywood wax — DO NOT go to this salon! The waxing room is dirty, the equipment is extremely old and the therapist kept dipping the same waxing stick into the pot of wax — so unhygienic — the wax was also clearly far too hot, hence the horrible burns and peeling. The beauty therapist was nice but the hairdresser didn’t acknowledge customers and was just on a personal phone call the entire time, sitting in the basin chair

6/10 nails had chipped after 4 days, which is a real shame as my first manicure at Bounce was significantly better. Undecided on whether I’d return.
