The waxing room is dirty, the equipment is extremely old and the therapist kept dipping the same waxing stick into the pot of wax — so unhygienic — the wax was also clearly far too hot, hence the horrible burns and peeling. The beauty therapist was nice but the hairdresser didn’t acknowledge customers and was just on a personal phone call the entire time, sitting in the basin chair

6/10 nails had chipped after 4 days, which is a real shame as my first manicure at Bounce was significantly better. Undecided on whether I’d return.

Camila was great. Was in a rush but she did such an amazing job and quickly and it’s so affordable. Will be coming back regularly for my manis and pedis xxx

Ok treatment but the card machine wasn’t working so had to go to an ATM to pay. The manager on duty was being kind of rude to the junior so for that reason I wouldn’t return.
