I booked with Jayne specifically as I read good reviews, but someone else started my treatment, didn’t introduce themselves or explain anything, I was disappointed.
Treatment was ok but when wiping my eyes so much, it was really rough. The skin around my eyes was hurting, I was flinching. Jayne took over, my eyelashes were stubborn and still quite straight, she did everything she could to lift them.
Unfortunately it didn’t really work for me. I would go back but for a different treatment.

Didn’t have my treatment because Nikki was not around although the appointment was bookable online. The rest of the staff let me wait for 10 minutes before asking me who my appointment was with and didn’t apologise but blamed it on Treatwell.
