I was not asked if I would like my massage soft or firm. It was very soft soft slippery - too much oil used. I would have preferred a harder massage to relive knots and tension from sitting at a desk all day in my job.
The spa itself was fabulous though and we had a wonderful time. Keisha on reception was brilliant, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble!
Swedish Massage
Unfortunately whilst there and having paid for treatment we were told that the therapists we had were new and an agency therapist and neither were trained in the wraps we had booked about 6 weeks before. We therefore last minute had to change to other treatments, which were a facial and back scrub. They were lovely treatments, but not what we had booked, should have been informed much earlier about the problem or changed the therapists earlier due to how in advance we booked.

Really great value for money, spa area was clean, the pool was a bit on the chilly side but other than that was a lovely day!
