This spa day was great, we had lunch and it was stunning. All staff were polite, helpful and knowledgeable.
The only thing I am sorry to say is that the ladies changing rooms are small and 1shower and 1toilet is inadequate. I must remember not to book on a Wednesday as my daughter was having a treatment therapy and was disappointed by being interrupted by a fire test drill .

I would highly recommend this treatment. It was really relaxing. Jaqui was very friendly. She explained the treatment well and checked on my comfort throughout. I will definitely book this treatment again.

Great time had, however chose not to use bigger pool as i would not of felt uncomfortable walking back to sauna in a wet costume and robe. Sadly didnt use it.
Had 2 cups of tea during our daily stay but was disappointed when the tea arrived with no biscuits. All other hotels and even pubs serve a little biscuit with a cuppa.
