On arriving in the spa we were met by a gentleman (didn’t get his name ) who welcomed us and explained where everything was, all the facilities and confirmed when our treatments were.
Jacqui our therapist was welcoming and explained our treatments checked we were comfortable.
My treatment (massage) was very soothing and felt very professional.
My wife’s facial was quote “amazing” with the Elemis products.
Five star experience and would recommend to anyone.

Not enough lockers , too busy , saw an attendant take a dirty towel out the bin to mop the floor with. Therapists seem inexperienced. We’re left waiting for our afternoon tea for half an hour

We had a fantastic relaxing day.
Spa facilities were lovely, massage was amazing. Food was delicious.
Staff were friendly.
Short walk to the beach, which we had a wonder down to.
The only downfall was the changing rooms. Not enough so meant people were waiting around amd having to rush to get changed.
Overall was a fantastic place and we would definitely return
