Love half day spa. We had a bit of a mishap with a booking locally for lunch as it was not wheelchair accessible. We asked if westcliff could move dinner to lunch on the off chance and they couldn't be more helpful. I was thoroughly supported with my disability too. What a wonderful hotel and the blonde lady at reception couldn't of been more helpful. Thank you for a lovely relaxing easy afternoon.

Particular mention to Josh on Reception who had a very professional manner and was most helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable
Food was excellent and the Spa break really good value for money
Great location and plenty of parking
There was a charge for parking but it was also easy to park on the roads around the hotel

We are 5 ladies who came for a weekend of celebrations. 4 of us stayed 2 nights for the blissful spa, 2 for 1 night. We all had 2 amazing treatments.
Josh on reception was fabulous. He rearranged rooms so that all 4 rooms were on the same corridor. He made sure that we understood everything about our package. He arranged a room for an extra friend who decided to come last minute for 1 night and ensured that she was near us.
Josh really went the extra mile to make sure we were all together.
