We had a lovely day water was warm

The massage was good. The tgerapist had good flow technique, however the pressure could have been a little harder as i requested hard.
I do find though that other patrons are not really conscious of being quiet in rest areas.

Really lovely day, great experience. Only thing I would suggest is taking flip flops to walk around the spa as they only provide slippers for if you go up to the bar.

Unfortunately Westcliff are not geared up for waxing. My appointments have been changed far too often as no qualified technicians have been available. Last appointment was a disappointment as technician was totally out of practice.
