Great venue, great day, great massage

First time staying at westcliff hotel. Was great, really relaxing, very enjoyable. Swedish massage was lovely and the spa was so lovely and chilled. Hotel room was excellent, beds was comfortable, had everything we needed. Food was unreal. Definitely will go back again. Thanks for having us. 5 star from me.

The buy a gift voucher is limited, it took me years to find a premises in order to use it and does not explain the full package deal fully.
I had to pay extra in for my lunch meal. I fancied the Thai Curry. Only when placing tge order was told i had to pay extra for the chicken orcprawn option. Alternatively i would only get a vegetable option. This is revealed at the time if seating after my voucher was redeemed. lunch menu options shouod be discussed so that yhere is transparency.
