Nice spa experience as it was a deal I would have been disappointed if I paid full price. The afternoon tea was great

Everything was first class. Only criticism was we had a 3 course meal, my daughter doesn't like desserts so asked if she could have a black coffee instead but wasn't allowed.

Venue needs some refurbishment , damaged furniture and equipment made it awkward for Galina. No headband provided during the facial so ended up with very oily hair, embarrassing as going to lunch after treatment. Massage bed clunked during the massage, not very relaxing but the massage itself was great, just the right amount of pressure. Galina was very friendly but didn’t have the right equipment available for a foot soak at the beginning of the pedicure which I have always had at other venues.

The rooms had been upgraded since our last visit. Or room was spacious clean with new matching furniture. The new year evening gala was excellent. Entertainment the best yet with the great singer and excellent DJ. We want to come back again as the drinks were very reasonable especially between 4pm and 7 pm and the food was of a very high standard. Thankyou.
