All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.The toilets and changing room at Spa were really horrible and in desperate need for a refurb. This certainly made the day less enjoyable considering this is a Spa day and to having to use that toilet was not pleasant! The Spa in general is very tired looking and grotty in places
Swedish Massage
From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with smiles which put me at ease straight away. I have had a gift voucher for other places before and have been made to feel, not unwelcome but uncomfortable, really hard to explain. But with your hotel and spa we were made to feel special from the start. The facial was so relaxing and the lady managed to get rid of my headache. The lunch was just fabulous and the staff were attentive. All in all a great day out
