Awful attitude of staff. Got a phone call 3hours before our treatment reservation they’re unable to accommodate us and if we want to rebook or cancel. It was my partner’s birthday and they ruined the whole surprise day. Didn’t offer any solution and I had nothing planned as back up. The worst attitude of staff. And then during the day 3 more phone calls from the hotel staff asking if we are on the way - clearly they didn’t communicate as they cancel it on is! Following day another phone call!!!!

Really enjoyable experience, the spa has several different areas for relaxation including a sauna, steam room, aromatherapy and a relaxation room
The jacuzzi and pool were lovely.
I received a Swedish back massage and a facial which were both perfect
