Unfortunately the treatments were cancelled twice on special occasions. I did recieve a voucher and then an extension on the voucher and a free gown and drink which was nice. The spa needs a touch up, maybe a few plants and a redecorate. The steam room was great. The aromatherapy could be darker and have more of an essential oil smell. Enjoyed the heated benches. Sauna was nice. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. The relaxation room could do with maybe a more subdued fish tank video:)
