This was the first massage I have had. The therapist was polite, informative, and skillful. She put me at ease and was very professional in her manner Certainly my experience because of her makes me want to have another one. Just a foot note my therapist was not Anna but her colleague.

On entering the Spa the 1st thing that was said regarding my pamper day was I had to pay 6.00,s parking ,I quirked this as usually as a patron of a hotel or restaurant spa ,the parking is free in the hotel car park .
I then was told they had no slippers for the spa ,I stated if I had known I would of brought flip flops ,I had to walk around on the wet floor ,I was conscious of catching a foot fungal of some kind as the changing rooms were v dirty ,I had to go bare foot into the ladies loos

We booked our trip as a birthday treat. The treatment room was very relaxing and the massage was amazing 🤩 the therapist was very professional

The shower in the men’s changing room was broken! There was only one shower!!
There was only one shower in the ladies where there was a queue!
The conservatory pool area was cold and noisy.
There were no flip flops provided
However, the restaurant food was delicious.
