We both have health conditions that requires us not to have caffeine. We asked a few times for decaf tea but were told the hotel don’t have decaf teabags. Seems odd for a spa hotel not to be aware of decaf teabags as available everywhere else!
On the second day, we were in our room and mid afternoon it was very cold. We went to reception to ask for the heating to be turned on and were stunned to be told that guests had said the hotel was too hot! Really in December! Didn't believe a word of it.
Hotel was nice but the lift was broken and we were on the top floor room 92 so was hard work having to go up and down the stairs expecially twice as the key wouldn't work.
I thought our deluxe room was suppose to have a bath and shower but only had a shower.
Also shampoo conditioner and lotion wasn't provided it was just a body wash attached to the wall.
We ere told breakfast finished at 10.30 but when we went down at 10 it was already packed away (the hot food)
Aircon was good
