I booked in April and the time of the treatments and afternoon tea arranged. I was informed I’d receive email confirmation but this never happened. In July I missed several calls and attempted to call them back but had to use the online form, where I was told ‘I’m not sure why we’re calling you’. Via email they then confirmed times (which were different to originally planned). The Friday before the spa I then had a reminder of my times. We arrived on the Sunday to yet different times.

Had a wonderful spa day that I had purchased as a birthday gift for my Husband .
The spa was so relaxing and the pool was the perfect temperature.
Our massage was very good and the lunch was delicious .
I can't wait to return!

It was nice apart from no flip flops and have to pay for robes and parking this is the first spa that I've known to do this

Excellent lunch nice friendly atmosphere, changing room are a bit tired looking shower in the men's far to hot no adjustment to temperature. Good all round value. Very friendly and knowledgeable young lady would recommend.
