Hi,
Overall, my experience was good, but the hot stone massage didn't meet my expectations. I requested medium to hard pressure, but the therapist did not focus on my problem areas, and the session felt slightly shorter than advertised.
Additionally, the changing facilities need an upgrade. They are outdated compared to the rest of the hotel, quite small, and there is only one shower available for all female guests.

Absolutely recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay again. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Food yummy! We just chilled out without no interruptions. The spa treatment was a good additional choice. The room was a little warm and with the winter duvet, too hot!! But a fan was provided in the room. Well done Westcliffe Hotel.

Anna was amazing, my friend and i had booked facials but my friend had a bad back during our stay at the hotel and asked Anna if she could give her a shorter facial and add a back massage into her time. Anna was so caring and saw my friend was in a lot of pain. We were both so relaxed after our treatments. Thank you Anna
