We absolutely loved our Spa day! The therepist was lovely and understanding and did an amazing job!
There was some sand or something at the bottom of the hot tub but it was due a clean. Otherwise 10/10 great time!

My friend went to reception to enquire about the parking as it’s expensive & I was told when booking for spa day to pay for parking downstairs.
No information from reception about this or in fact anything else as I wasn’t quite sure what to do.
Towels thrown on the floor from other people in the changing rooms does the changing rooms get checked by staff? Keys for lockers missing & tokens missing. 1 shower in the popular changing rooms which are very small.

I had Lacey for my facial and massage. She was lovely and we chatted while I had my facial and the we were silent during the massage.
My husband's therapist was Ruby and she did a great job removing all the knots she found.
They were polite and informative.
We had two very good sessions each.
