The buy a gift voucher is limited, it took me years to find a premises in order to use it and does not explain the full package deal fully.
I had to pay extra in for my lunch meal. I fancied the Thai Curry. Only when placing tge order was told i had to pay extra for the chicken orcprawn option. Alternatively i would only get a vegetable option. This is revealed at the time if seating after my voucher was redeemed. lunch menu options shouod be discussed so that yhere is transparency.

Lovely little spa, could do with a little face lift but the facilities are clean and all the staff are really polite and kind! And the treatments were excellent!
