The good bit...
The staff were very friendly and professional. Our therapists and treatments were lovely.
The not so good...
We felt the facilities were tired.
The changing room was terrible with only one small shower and broken lockers.
Lunch was OK.
We were surprised that robes, towels and slippers were chargeable.
Sadly we won't be going again.

Food was not great waited a while for it to come out and when it did was cold it was the worst lasagne I've had didn't use the spa but changing rooms were not very clean

Went with a friend booking got messed up less then 24hours before

G staff on phone requested to speak to management they resolved it
Attended and my friend left treatment in tears following feeling discriminated against as she had a diserbility is cerebal palsy left 22 minutes not knowing what was happening
I had had my treatment at that point but ruined the whole trip for us both so disserpointed as it could of been lovely poor customer care and experience

Very comfy and clean hotel. Only downfall was that we had a £50 voucher, I rung up before we visited and asked if we could use and was told yes, so booked am extra night which this voucher was going to be used against and on Monday was told we couldn't use it. If we had known this we wouldn't have come down for an extra day

Myself and my mum arrived to a very warm welcoming , firstly from the gardener in the car park again at reception and the bar staff. All restaurant staff were so so lovely .
Food in the evening great and afternoon tea was beautiful, I felt breakfast could of maybe had a choice of eggs each day fried and poached also mushrooms.
Spa is extremely lovely and we had treatments which was just as great . The female singer on the Saturday was great she had a lovely voice maybe could played later x
