Katie the therapist was amazing. Adapted her massage to personal needs of client.
Overall the spa day was a lovely experience.
The spa itself could do with a bit of a freshen up/decorate but was clean and usable.
The spa menu would be clearer as chose something and then told that wa separate and needed paying for outside of the already paid price.
All staff helpful and professional.in thr soa and bar.

Very nice stay overall. Room has a little tired, scuffed furniture/ paintwork etc, but facilities and location of hotel was great. Shame we couldn't charge drinks to the room, but service was fine and staff v. friendly.

I was not asked if I would like my massage soft or firm. It was very soft soft slippery - too much oil used. I would have preferred a harder massage to relive knots and tension from sitting at a desk all day in my job.
The spa itself was fabulous though and we had a wonderful time. Keisha on reception was brilliant, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble!
