Unfortunately whilst there and having paid for treatment we were told that the therapists we had were new and an agency therapist and neither were trained in the wraps we had booked about 6 weeks before. We therefore last minute had to change to other treatments, which were a facial and back scrub. They were lovely treatments, but not what we had booked, should have been informed much earlier about the problem or changed the therapists earlier due to how in advance we booked.

The venue was fine but the massage was the worse massage I’ve ever had I found tatiana to be very abrupt and the massage itself was poor. She also asked me if I had Scoliosis which I found to be very rude and then told me that I need to come and see her at her other business that she works out of. I was very disappointed as £40 of this massage was a gift voucher given from a friend for my birthday and I felt she completely wasted her money and mine
