Enjoyed the day from start to finish. Staff very friendly and approachable.
My only critique would be that there is only one toilet and one shower in the changing room.
Other than that, it was fab

We have stayed a few times. From the time you arrive to the time you leave is amazing. All staff very nice and helpful, great massage, great food. Carnt wait to go back. Thank you for a great experience.

Everything about the day was really lovely - the facilities, the staff, the treatments, the lunch - absolutely nothing to complain about.
The only thing I would say I was a bit surprised how small the ladies changing room was.. an observation not a criticism

Only drawback was the ladies toilet in downstairs changing room. The personal bin was full and almost running over. Otherwise I had a fantastic day and can’t fault anything else
