Great to have Car Parking on site and it's 8 mins walk to lovely West Cliff / Bournemouth coastal view. The hotel itself looked a bit run down from the outside but my Deluxe Double room was redecorated to a high , tasteful standard, modern and really nice. A really comfortable bed in a great sized room and bathroom. Spa facilities are small but nice, well maintained. The restaurant bar have great service , good food and some great Drink offers. Enjoyed it.

Lovely relaxing place that was really well organized. Only down point was when going to recieve treatments it wasn't obviously posted if we had to check in and how to do that if so.
