Poor choice of nail varnish available. No gel or acrylic choice. Pedicure was awful, daughter left with only 9 toe nails painted as nail varnish wouldn’t dry? Came of all over her sock. Therapist aware. Second appointment made but lunch was served slowly and not all meals arrived at the same time. Just messed around from start to finish.

The spa was lovely, there was plenty of space to use all the facilities within and go up for coffee when we wanted to. We also had afternoon tea which was a little confusing as we had told the staff several weeks before coming that we had one gluten/dairy free person but that didn’t seem to have been related until we arrived at our allotted time.
