My sister and I had a Spa day which included a facial and lunch as well as use of all the other facilities. We had a lovely day and the staff were very attentive and helpful.

Mine and my friends massage was booked in June, and the times of the massage were changed 7 times and on the very day we were 15 minutes from arriving at the hotel when they rang and cancelled our appointment.
