I booked in April and the time of the treatments and afternoon tea arranged. I was informed I’d receive email confirmation but this never happened. In July I missed several calls and attempted to call them back but had to use the online form, where I was told ‘I’m not sure why we’re calling you’. Via email they then confirmed times (which were different to originally planned). The Friday before the spa I then had a reminder of my times. We arrived on the Sunday to yet different times.

Had a wonderful spa day that I had purchased as a birthday gift for my Husband .
The spa was so relaxing and the pool was the perfect temperature.
Our massage was very good and the lunch was delicious .
I can't wait to return!
