Had the best night away, the lady on reception who checked us in was soooooo lovely, we had so many questions which she was happy to answer, she was really friendly and nice all staff were so lovely to us in hotel and restaurant, plus the spa was amazing with the best steam room I've ever been in. We had a lovely room definitely want to come back again, had such a lovely time xxx

My daughter and i regularly stay at westcliffe due to the high standard of rooms and spa due to the high standard of food the friendliness of the staff and its walkable distance to beach and town
This was the first year with with my baby grandson and everyone was very kind and friendly to him
We are looking forward to coming back for the christmas lights later in year

Lovely two day break with spa and treatment. Everyone was very polite and welcoming. Great location to walk to the seafront. Really comfy bed but room was so hot. Could do with a fridge please.

Had a spa treatment gift so decided to book in for 2 nights. The spa treatment and amenities on offer were great. Really good food served in restaurant and the staff were very attentive and friendly. However the room allocated was at the front of the hotel in what looks like an add on area. When we got into the room it was unbearably hot. The large mobile fan placed in the room was on day and night. Surely if no aircon option then decent cold air blowers should be provided as minimum.
