My husband and I booked a full body massage, I had Ruby who was really good, she asked me what pressure I would like, the room was lovely and warm and played relaxing music.
We used the facilities after which were good, although there was a strong smell of sewage near the ladies changing rooms.
Lunch was really good and staff were friendly.

We have visited this venue for a Spa Day on several occasions, we’ve always enjoyed all aspects of it. Our lunch was great, gym & pool facilities were good. It would be nice if they made the female changing rooms more user friendly. They are very small, only has 1 shower (which has a broken shower riser) and 1 very weak hair dryer and it’s actually quite cold in the room compared to other areas.

Welcoming staff, clean spa, small changing facilities, but plenty of lockers. I had the Swedish massage and it was wonderful! The therapist asked how firm I wanted the massage and provided a great massage that was just what I needed! All of my friends were pleased with their treatments too. Lovely to be able to relax in the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam and relaxation rooms.

Very nice hotel. Staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Within 25 min walking distance of Beach and Town Centre. Spa facilities were great.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would visit again.
