A great welcoming hotel with exceptional good standards of service! On our arrival we were running late and was booked in for a massage. The receptionist was very accommodating and was able to reschedule our appointments! We enjoyed a wonderful stay and admired the amazing Christmas decorations!

We stayed for 2 night , the food was delicious. Loved the happy hour , for pre meal drink.
The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and clean. Had a spa afternoon, the Swedish massage was lovely and relaxing . Just one downfall, the bed was very squeaky ( broken) couldn't move a limb without it making and awful noise. But on reflection very good couple of days the Christmas decorations are lovely

The room was perfect but too hot . The whole hotel experience was relaxing .Staff were attentive & polite. The spa was fine as for the treatments ,we have had better so wont bother again but woukd stay again and use spa. The food : dinner was stange, pudding nice.Breakfast was fine shame no choice on eggs only scrambled .Parking was easy & reasonable price.
