Great time had, however chose not to use bigger pool as i would not of felt uncomfortable walking back to sauna in a wet costume and robe. Sadly didnt use it.
Had 2 cups of tea during our daily stay but was disappointed when the tea arrived with no biscuits. All other hotels and even pubs serve a little biscuit with a cuppa.
Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
The staff here were really welcoming and helpful with any questions. All areas of the hotel were clean and maintained to a great standard.
My partner and I had a Superior room booked and the space was lovely/modern, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean.
We booked a Spa break involving use of the spa, a three course meal and breakfast - price for this was very reasonable. The evening meal was lovely, great portion sizes and great breakfast options. We hope to return!
Swedish Massage
Half the lockers don’t work so had to put bag in a locker unlocked so didn’t fully relax. Half way through we went to get a juice and sandwich from the bar around 3.30 it took them 40min! Had we know it would take that long we would have just waited for dinner. The spa pool was cold. And when leaving to get changed and dressed for dinner there was a queue for the 1 shower. So just stood in the cold. At dinner sat for 20 mins before anyone came take order, food was cold, old heated up potatoes.

The room key did not work he receptionist was very helpful but took ages to book in we had no card for the lights for the bathroom so not ideal the poor night worker must have let us in our room at least 10 times
Head Massage
The spa is a little tired looking and could benefit from a refurbishment
