We weren’t made aware that the steam room was out of use till we arrived, I would have rebooked to another day in all honesty. Me and my friend had a classic facial, I personally really enjoyed mine and my therapist was lovely and asked me questions how I would like the treatment to go ahead but my friend didn’t get asked questions or offered the same things I was which is disappointing. The facility was really relaxing as a whole and I like that the lights were super bright, loved that!

Although we arrived 20 mins early, buy the time we spent paying for a robe each that should of been provided with slippers for free , and went through the schedule with the two lovely therapists, we had lost 20 mins of our first treatment, but what what we did have was relaxing and we enjoyed the spa

The massage was one of the best ive ever received and really did the trick for what felt like a trapped nerve in my shoulder beforehand. Facial was lovely too. In treatments, Ruby was friendly and attentive. All staff were very professional and friendly. The facilities and atmosphere are lovely. We've been before and will sefinately come again!

The therapist was Jacki. She did her best. I've had hot stone massages before but the equipment she had to do it with meant the stones were laid/used but once cold (very quickly) she continues with the massage which wasn't pleasant. I asked for her to be firmer. In the end I asked that she reverted to an ordinary oil massage but that was not good either. She was not firm at all. The room was not warm enough. There was no oil burning so the atmosphere not conducive to a relaxing massage.

We booked a Supreme Deluxe Rm which was unfortunately an overall let-down. Although the rm was very large, it felt oddly empty and lacked the comfort and luxury one would expect from this category, noticed tiny flies in the rm, poss ventilation issue
