This spa experience cost £150 and it was the worst value for money. The facial was badic, the products used were not of a good quality and the treatment room and spa treatment area is in bad need of a refurbishment. Paint peeling off the walls, damp on the ceiling and no feeling of warmth. The pool area was dark , hot and very slippery. My friend slipped over. The afternoon tea was ok and this was the best bit. We spent less than 2 hrs here
