I really like the hotel and all the facilities, its been my favourite for many years, however the massage was not great this time, full body aromatherapy, starting with the back massage was good and the therapist checked it was the correct pressure, but the rest was not, pressure more like rubbing sun cream on, only lower leg massage nothing past knee!
Though my daughter had a wonderful full body massage with her therapist. Different massage techniques

Took my mum for a Mothers Day treat we had spa access, a hot stone massage each & lunch.
I also booked a room so we could have dinner & stay overnight.
The spa is in the basement of the hotel it’s quite small but it wasn’t over crowded in any way. The treatments were good, we’d booked hot stone massages but my mum was given a standard massage she also said the therapist chatted throughout so not very relaxing.
So it was a lovely day but not high quality considering £80 per massage.

Me and my husband really like the Spa.
The massage i expect more. Butt it’s okay.
The room not have an air conditioner we feel really hot in the room. Butt we like the hotel. The staff bring a fan for us really help
And I like the hairdryer

The swimming pool was quite small but there was lots to do. Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, aromatherapy room, relaxation room. Staff were super friendly and we had a lovely time. The afternoon tea was lovely too.
