Great hotel, dry relaxing atmosphere and happy and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. Great location for the town and beach. Food very nice and great menu. Rooms very clean and comfortable.

Lovely treatment and staff. Sadly the place needs some tlc, aromatherapy room had tiles missing in seating, laundry bin looked like it was falling apart. Dropped locker coin under locker and retrieved it but was completely covered in dust and grime.

We were at Westcliff for a spa day, it is a good little spa, we had a relaxing time and the massages were good.
The changing rooms are small, and a little wet on the floor, the restaurant atmosphere is lovely, but the burger wasn’t the most tasty, although the chips were possibly the best I have had! Good location, easy day out! Bring a pound for the locker. A few more relaxing chairs in the spa area if you wanted to sit and read would be nice!

We weren’t sure what to expect as the price was a bargain, but it’s a beautiful spa in a lovely old characterful building. The guy who greeted us was so chilled we already felt relaxed as he gave us a tour. Everything was clean and of high quality. There was a steam room, sauna, aromatherapy room with warm benches, relaxation room, jacuzzi, bubble zone and pool. Don’t use the larger pool or gym as we were happy in the spa. Not too busy, much calmer than bigger spas we’ve visited. Yummy lunch!
