It was great the only complaint would be we had a gift voucher for two with two therapies sessions but a mix up with booking only got one each but reception sorted refund, rest was great experience and nice and relaxing

I would say the actual changing area was really small and not enough toilets,there was only one for the amount of people using these,the shower was filthy as well in means of alot of hair left in the grate and I think the shower head needs updating as it leaked when turned on,we had a lunch included in our deal which was nice but not alot of vegetarian choices for a member in our group or colder choices like wraps or sandwiches it was like having an evening meal at lunch time
