My three daughters and I had a really great spa day with treatments and a lunch. I thought the food was excellent and the staff throughout the day were exceptional. Thank you for a really special birthday treat

Spa break, with cream tea, treatment and bed and breakfast. Great value for money. Excellent communication prior to stay, to help us book in everything. Spa was very enjoyable and exceeded our expectations. The cream tea was particularly enjoyable. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend. Will be going back.

This spa day was great, we had lunch and it was stunning. All staff were polite, helpful and knowledgeable.
The only thing I am sorry to say is that the ladies changing rooms are small and 1shower and 1toilet is inadequate. I must remember not to book on a Wednesday as my daughter was having a treatment therapy and was disappointed by being interrupted by a fire test drill .
