The staff were friendly and helpful, although some lacked knowledge and could not answer queries. The food was delicious but service was a little slow and several things were missing from the menu.

We were warmly welcomed right from entry at the reception.
They were great at fitting us in for afternoon tea. Staff were so helpful at reception and in the spa.
The evening meal we had was amazing. Service was great and the atmosphere was perfect. The room was lovely and clean. The only thing that was a shame was there was no shower wash.
I would highly recommend for a spa break or day and we will definitely be back.
