Treatments were very good, i really needed and i was sleeping like a baby that night. My therapist was Kally (not sure about writing her name) and she is amazing, relley recomend her.
The only minuse is overal cleanes in the spa, mould in the bathroom, swiming pools etc.

Venue cancelled my pregnancy massage with 48 hrs notice due to staff shortage. They offered me facial and head massage instead. Understandable but frustrating. Treatments were nice but not what I wanted. Grateful they informed me in advance. All staff were knowledgeable and understanding.
Spa is nice but needs a deep clean and maintenance. Missing tiles have been replaced with mismatching ones. No loungers in spa area to people watch and read. Dividing wall is unnecessary.

Absolutely amazing this hotel and spa.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming and looked after us very well, our room was beautiful, the food was beautiful and we will be staying again next year for our 2nd wedding anniversary 2025 😍
